• Head rail

  "U" profile of extruded aluminium 27x22x2 mm with special inside grooves to hold the tape roll support, the installation bracket and eventuell to cover the head rail with a piece of slat.
  The advantages of the aluminium headrail

• Bottom rail

  Steel enamelled 25x4 mm (for the slat 25 mm), 35x4 mm (for the slat 35mm). Alternative it is possible to supply the two-piece aluminium bottom rail 19x5mm. The bottom rails are two-sided coated.

• Slats

  25 or 35 mm slats, concave convex profiled, high durable aluminium alloy, the thickness of the slat 0,21 mm. The slats are high flexible, two-sided coated. The holes in the slats for the lift cord and eventual for guidance are in the sizes 2,5x6,5/10mm. Alternative it is possible to use the wooden slats of basswood 27x3mm.

• Textile

  The lift cord 1,4mm and the ladder string of a durable polyester, the basic material is already dyed through, the coloured design according to actual offer.

• Plastic components

  Durable flexible components of material that is acceptable for higher temperatures, plastic, breakproof. It deals mainly with the end caps for bottom rail, cord locks buttons, supports and tape rolls.

• Guiding cord

  Monofilament PAD diameter 0,68-1,5mm or steel wire with diameter of 1,5 mm coated with PVC, fixed in the head rail with a steel roller or aluminium seal, below on the window frame fixed with special tightening guide brackets.

• Control

  raising and lowering are possible by cord equipped with cord lock, tilting of the slats by transparent wand or by special gear with chain or by flexible rod. Possibilities of the raising
